Return and Refund Policy - Notary Public

There will be no return or refunds at Texas Notary Girl unless we happen to make a mistake that needs to be fixed on the Notary Certificate. 

Then we will certainly do whatever we need to do fix our mistake. 

Here at Texas Notary Girl we specialize in Professional and Experience and want to make sure we deliver premium services every single time you schedule with us. I am a professional notary public in lakeway, bee cave, westlake, spicewood, steiner ranch, riverplace and all of Travis county.

Scheduling your Appointment: 

• When you book a request with Texas Notary Girl we will contact you within 24-72 hours to confirm the appointment. 
• Do NOT assume we are available. The scheduling is to make a request for an appointment. 
• If you do not hear from us within 72 hours please reach out to us again as we did not get your initial booking request. 
• Unless it is extremely busy season please wait 3-5 business days. The busy season includes every national holiday/holiday weekend summer months, November,December & January. 

When we confirm your booking we will give you a free estimate of what the total cost for the service will be. 

**You must confirm that amount works for you and then the booking is confirmed.** If you do not confirm we will assume the appointment is not scheduled 

At the appointment- we will hand you a printed invoice and/or we can email it to you after the appointment. 

• The total amount may change at the appointment if you add any documents that need to be notarized than previously discussed. 

**If you are unsatisfied with our services please let us know so that way we can figure out a way to fix it.**
