Cancellation Policy: 

Our Cancellation Policy is simple and easy to understand. 

As a Professional Notary Public we do our best to work on your schedule whenyou need our services. 

Once you book an appointment with us and we confirm your appointment and you need to cancel the appointment there is no charge to you as long as it is not less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. 

1. If you cancel less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the service. 
2. If you can cancel less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will charged the full total amount of the service. 

If you need to reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours there may be a $25 fee for changing the appointment especially if the appointment is during peak seasons, after hours (after 6PM), and on a holiday or holiday weekend.

If you need to reschedule less than 24 hours you may be charged the mobile fee. 

We understand things change and emergencies happen, however, we are a business and when you book with us and then cancel last minute, then we are unable to take care of other clients because we reserved that spot for you. 

It is the same as booking at any other professional business.
